This division of Global Education Counselling provides advice and support with respect to all aspects of setting up and managing educational institutions or departments. This includes the design of organisations for delivering educational programmes, the development of existing organisations, curriculum development and the setting up and managing of franchise arrangements, or other forms of collaboration, between universities and colleges in the UK and overseas.

The consultancy services build on the expertise and experience of senior GEC staff in the field of education management. They have very substantial expertise in setting up and managing Higher Education establishments and Business Schools both in the UK and overseas. This expertise is offered to private clients and government departments wishing to establish or develop colleges of higher education or develop activities within a higher educational institution.
